Use 1.5" metal cap roofing nails (15 nails per box ) and nail 5 on each outside edge and 5 down the middle. Fold under remaining flaps so that nails are not exposed to liner. (prevents puncture of liner)

1 (one) strand of 2" wide 3M-Scotch #375 Clear Packing Tape cinched on open end of poly bag
3 (three) strands of 2" wide 3M-Scotch #375 Clear Packing Tape across top flaps of box

Flex-Pak Set-Up And Closure Instructions

Stand Flex-Pak upright
Open Flex-Pak until square
Insert poly liner provided
When full, close poly liner with tape
Close Flex-Pak with ties attached to duffle top

Clean-Pak Set-Up And Closure Instructions

Stand Clean-Pak upright
Open Clean-Pak until square
Nail (attach) Clean- Pak to pallet with bottom tabs
When full, close poly liner with tape
Close Clean-Pak flaps across top and secure with tie downs

Lab-Pak™ Hazardous Waste Container Set-Up And Closure Instructions

Square-up container.  Fold in bottom flaps.
Tape bottom flaps with 2" wide 3M-Scotch #375 Clear Packing Tape with the tape extending a minimum of 2" over the edges. (Tape in a "H" style pattern)
Insert poly liner bag and stretch around the container interior walls until firmly in place.
Fill the container (bag) with material.
Twist the top of the bag closed tightly to secure the material and seal the bag with a minimum of 6-3/8" cable tie. (zip tie)
Carefully compress the bag of material into the container and fold in top flaps.
Tape top flaps with 2" wide  3M-Scotch #375 Clear Packing Tape with the tape extending a minimum of 2" over the edges. (Tape in a "H" style pattern)
